     The are stereotypically witches like the ones above, also when people act very unkind making them refer to them as a witch. Such as people referring to bullies as witches. 



Also the stereotypical witch, the green skin, pointy hat, cackle and keeps the self to themselves. So perhaps they are interpreted in a misunderstood way.
